As an accomplished healthcare executive, Cornelia possesses a breadth of knowledge and expertise in change and project management, process improvement, and financial management. Cornelia’s focus is on developing organizational excellence by transforming and optimizing operational systems, business processes, clinical workflows, as well as leading strategic initiatives that drive company performance and growth.
Being a lifelong learner, Cornelia strives to instill the same passion for learning in everyone by sharing her knowledge and insights. Cornelia received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Bellevue University, Master’s in Business Administration and Doctorate in Leadership from Creighton University. Her doctoral dissertation focused on dyad leadership in healthcare settings. Cornelia is currently teaching graduate courses in healthcare finance, change management, project management, and leadership studies.
In addition to her rich professional and academic career, Cornelia is actively involved in the community. Cornelia served as a board member on multiple Omaha non-profit organizations. Cornelia also participated in Leadership Omaha Class 40 and served as a Young Professional Council member through Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce.
As a data scientist, Josh's passion is to drive organizational performance with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to solving complex business problems, marketing strategies, and making decisions.
Experienced with artificial intelligence and machine learning, Josh adds expertise in three types of analytics: descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive. Descriptive analytics express what happened in the past. Predictive analytics express what is likely to happen in the future based on the past. And prescriptive analytics takes predictive analytics one step further and recommends actions to take.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Bellevue University and a Master of Science in Data Science: Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University.
Josh served in the Marine Corps from 2002-2010. In his military career, Josh learned the values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership. These experiences have shaped his approach to problem-solving and collaboration, and he applies these principles to his professional life.
In addition to his military service, Josh participated in international ballroom dance competitions. The dedication, precision, and creativity required in ballroom dancing have further honed his ability to think on his feet and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
